My cousin started going to Camp Cody before me, and he said that it was amazing and that I should go with him. I was nervous because I was going to a new country with a different language and new people, but I felt more comfortable once I met new campers from Mexico and that felt the same way. Once I got to camp and met my cabin, I felt much better about everything. I really liked my cabin and it was full of nice people. I met a lot of new friends and friends that have been coming back with me the past few years. All of the activities at camp were great, and my favorites have been the Wibit and sailing. I also loved all of the evening activities, especially the campfires where we got to make s’mores and sing camp songs. Since I’m from Mexico, I got to experience a lot of things that I can’t do there like going on hikes around New Hampshire and going on the different trips like white water rafting. Everybody made me feel right at home and I had a really great experience at Camp Cody!
