This summer was my first year at Cody, and it definitely won’t be my last! I found out about Camp Cody from one of my friends and once I looked more into it, it made me really want to go with her. I was pretty homesick the first day, but once I started doing activities my homesickness went right away. All the girls in my cabin were really nice and our counselors showed us all around camp on our first day. That made me feel a lot more comfortable and it was nice that I got to hang out with those girls the whole first day. Our cabin was really fun and we had dance parties all the time! My favorite activities were definitely swimming in the lake and also laser tag because we all got competitive to win against the other cabin. All of the activities were great and I can’t wait to do more of them!
