Trampoline Ball is a thrilling and dynamic game played on four trampolines separated by volleyball nets. Campers jump, dive, and strategize as they attempt to catch the ball and throw it onto an opponent’s trampoline in a fast-paced, four-square-style competition. This exciting activity helps improve balance, coordination, and teamwork while keeping campers engaged in high-flying fun.

Street Soccer brings an exciting and fast-paced twist to traditional soccer, played on a hard-surface court with walls to keep the game continuously flowing. This high-energy, small-sided format encourages creativity, quick footwork, and close ball control. Campers will develop their passing, dribbling, and shooting skills in dynamic 5-a-side games while learning to adapt to the unique challenges of the street-style environment. In Stained Glass Working Campers ages 10 and up will learn the delicate and rewarding art of stained glass by designing and assembling their own colorful glass creations. They will practice cutting, smoothing, and assembling glass pieces using copper foil and soldering techniques under careful supervision. Projects may include small sun catchers, decorative panels, or ornaments, allowing campers to develop patience, precision, and creativity while working with this unique medium.

For campers looking for individualized instruction, private tennis lessons offer one-on-one coaching tailored to their skill level and goals. These lessons provide an excellent opportunity for players to refine their game in a supportive setting with dedicated coaching.

Campers will experience the fast-growing sport of pickleball, a fun and engaging game that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping pong. Played on a smaller court with paddles and a perforated ball, pickleball is easy to learn but offers plenty of room for skill development. Campers will practice serving, volleying, and strategic shot placement through drills and friendly matches.

Exclusive to campers ages 14 and older, the Pedal Kayak Adventure takes campers on an exciting journey that combines paddling and pedal-powered kayaking. The adventure begins with a drop-off at a scenic local river, where campers paddle downstream, navigating gentle currents and taking in the natural beauty around them. Once they reach the lake, they deploy the pedal drives on their kayaks, using their legs to power their way back to shore. This activity builds endurance, teamwork, and navigation skills while offering a unique way to explore the water in a fun and challenging environment.

Campers will explore different painting techniques using watercolors, acrylics, and mixed media to create their own artistic masterpieces. Lake Adventures at Camp Cody is an exclusive experience for our 14 and older campers, offering a relaxing yet exciting pontoon boat excursion across the lake. Campers will cruise to the lake’s scenic sandbar, where they can enjoy knee-deep water activities like tossing a football, playing frisbee, and soaking in the summer sun. Along the way, they’ll take in beautiful lake views, learn about the natural surroundings, and unwind with music and good company. Kneeboarding at Camp Cody is a thrilling water sport that provides an exciting experience for campers of all skill levels. With over 20 different obstacles, including a log roll, balance bridge, swing, trampoline, blob, climbing wall, and slides, campers will test their agility, coordination, and endurance while having an unforgettable time on the water. Whether they’re racing friends, conquering new challenges, or simply enjoying the excitement of bouncing and splashing around, the Wibit offers endless fun for all skill levels.

In our Woodworking program, campers will have the opportunity to design, build, and craft their own projects using a variety of tools and techniques. They will learn essential woodworking skills such as measuring, cutting, sanding, and assembling while prioritizing safety and creativity. Campers can choose from structured projects like birdhouses, signs, and small storage boxes or explore open-ended designs based on their interests. With guidance from experienced instructors, they will gain confidence in using hand tools and develop problem-solving skills, patience, and craftsmanship. Sailing (Ages 10+) at Camp Cody offers campers the opportunity to master the art of harnessing the wind and navigating the lake using Hobie Wave catamarans. Campers will learn essential sailing skills, including how to rig the sails, read the wind, and steer using the tiller. Through hands-on experience, they will gain confidence in controlling their boats while practicing tacking and jibing maneuvers. Campers will develop focus, patience, and precision in our archery program. Campers will step into our newly planned Cooking Cabin, designed specifically for hands-on culinary learning. This state-of-the-art space will feature individual workstations for each camper, allowing them to fully immerse themselves in the cooking process while gaining confidence in the kitchen.
Throughout the session, campers will explore a variety of cooking techniques, from measuring and mixing to sautéing and baking. Our custom-made recipes and projects are tailored to each age group, ensuring that every camper is both challenged and engaged at an appropriate skill level. Campers looking for adventure and hands-on outdoor learning will love our Survival Skills program! In this activity, they’ll discover essential wilderness techniques, including fire-building, shelter construction, navigation using natural landmarks, and safe water purification methods. Campers will also learn basic first aid, knot tying, and how to identify edible plants and potential hazards in the wild. Through engaging challenges and teamwork, they’ll develop confidence, problem-solving abilities, and a deep appreciation for the great outdoors. Campers will learn storyboarding, filming, and editing to create their own short videos using MacBooks and professional software. They’ll explore camera techniques, special effects, and storytelling, with opportunities to showcase their work at the end of the session.

Campers explore percussion, string instruments (ukulele, guitar), keyboards, and voice in a fun, supportive setting. They’ll learn basic techniques, rhythm, and music theory, with opportunities for group performances and the camp talent show at the end of each two-week session. Whether strumming, drumming, or singing, campers build confidence and creativity through music.

Campers will find balance, flexibility, and mindfulness in our yoga program, designed to help them relax, focus, and strengthen their bodies. Through guided sessions, they will learn fundamental yoga poses, breathing techniques, and relaxation exercises that promote physical and mental well-being. Campers will have the opportunity to develop their golf skills through a combination of practice and semi-private lessons at a local 18-hole golf course. Campers will express themselves through movement in our dynamic dance program, which offers instruction in various styles, including Ballet, hip-hop, contemporary, and line dancing. either way, campers are bound to reel something out of the water. Not only is this a fun activity, but it offers a learning opportunity as well. Campers are taught about fishing basics and the fishes that call Ossipee Lake home.
